01 — You Book

Choose the bag size that best suits your needs — Solo, Duo or Family — with each bag corresponding to a specific weight limit. Then, simply choose the day and time that works best for you and book directly through WhatsApp.

02 — We Pick Up

At your chosen time, we come to your door and collect your clothes.

Once we receive them, your bag is secured with a tamper-evident tie wrap carrying your name and the collection date.

Why do we do this?
Because we want every order to remain secure and clearly identified from the moment we collect it until the moment we return it to you.

03 — We Record

As soon as your clothes arrive at our workshop, we record the opening process on video — from the moment the security tie is removed until the last item has been documented.

The video is sent exclusively to you via WhatsApp and is never used for any other purpose.

This gives you a clear record of exactly what we received and what will be returned to you.

For us, trust isn’t an extra. It’s part of the service.

04 — We Iron

We then carefully iron every item using professional equipment, with attention to detail and the appropriate technique for each fabric.

Our goal isn’t simply to remove wrinkles.
It’s to return your clothes fresh, perfectly pressed and ready to wear.

05 — We Prepare

Once the ironing is complete, garments that require hanging are carefully placed on hangers and prepared for delivery.

06 — We Return

We contact you via WhatsApp and arrange a delivery time that works best for you.

And that’s it.

You get your time back.
We take care of the ironing from your door to the moment your clothes are returned.
